I saw in the recent updates that iPhone 14 and upwards have satellite messaging and sos. But on my phone (iPhone 14) the option is missing. Is it cause mine is the Middle East version?

That option is not showing for me
I understand that I can’t use the satellite feature if I have cellular signal or WiFi , but the entire satellite option is missing.
