Why can't I find Apple Intelligence details in the iPhone 15 Pro iOS 18.1 update?

Currently available features with iOS 18.1:

• Writing Tools
• Clean Up in Photos
• Create a Memory movie in Photos
• Natural language search in Photos
• Notification summaries
• Reduce Interruptions Focus
• Intelligent Breakthrough & Silencing in Focus
• Priority messages in Mail
• Smart Reply in Mail and Messages
• Summaries in Mail and Messages
• Siri enhancements, including product knowledge, more resilient request handling, new look and feel, more natural voice, the ability to type to Siri, and more

Sleep Apnea detection is a Watch feature, not iPhone. and has no relation to Apple Intelligence, its part of Apple WatchOS 11's standard features.

And more features will be available in future updates, such as:

• Genmoji
• Siri Integration with ChatGPT
• Visual Intelligence
• Image Playground
• Image Wand
• Additional language support

I believe the features with 18.1 are

1 ) Writing tools for emails

2 ) Clean Up photo tool

3 ) Upgraded Siri

4 ) Call recording

5 ) RCS support messaging

• Originally messaging support numbers for businesses was only available on iMessage.

5 ) Control center revamp

• Originally there was no individual WiFi, Airplane mode, Bluetooth toggles only the block you’re used to before iOS 18.

6 ) Tinted widgets

• Originally only apps would be tinted.

7 ) Sleep Apnea detection

Those are all the main features I can see from 18.1 other than minor tweaks that I’m unaware of.

They are there even if not mentioned explicitly in the summary.
