Hearing aid and phone ringer settings

I'm a newbie to the iphone and am trying to get my hearing aids figured out. Is there a way to have phone calls ring only in my hearing aids?

On a related note, how do I get Siri to read my texts? I've turned on read announcements and set messages to ‘yes’ but nothing I've tried works. I would like the sound to be only in my hearing aids.
