Permitting Apple Intelligence on Pre iPhone 15:

Earlier models don't have this option, and they likely never will due to hardware restrictions.

Recommend Backwards Compatibly of this to Apple:

Being not an option, recommend this to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is their customers prefer, and what features to include in models to come.

2. Select: "Feature Request" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that you want this to be an option and why. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

Apple Intelligence Expanding to More Devices:

Time will tell. It is still in beta. It needs to go through transition for use throughout countries and regions. Once approved of, then it will be available in-full, where permitted, and how it can be used.
