Wait until you get WiFi. Note that Apple Intelligence is currently in beta (as of this reply), so a few bugs may occur.

Important: Back Up First: Be sure create a backup your iPhone prior to performing an update, that way you have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong afterwards, or you want to get back.
