Hello, I would like to know how I can change the payment date for iCloud+ and is there a discount for students?

Your iCloud+ subscription will renew each month on the same date. This cannot be changed. However, if you change your subscription to a different plan that will activate on the date you make that change and renew thereafter with payment in advance one day before the new monthly cycle.
I have never heard of a student discount for iCloud+
