dziecko 13 lat nie mogę dodać karty kredytowej

Córka ma 13 lat, ma swoją kartę do bankowości i nie mogę jej dodać do konta apple aby korzystała z app store. Wyraziłam już jako rodzic zgodę iż może korzystać z aplikacji i nadal system nas nie przepuszcza.
