I can't sign my daughter's account out of the ipad.
I was getting a message that said 'can't sign out due to restrictions'
I turned off all the restrictions but that didn't work.
Then I tried to reset the ipad.
But my daughter's account is still signed in, and I can't sign out

If you have set a ScreenTime Passcode, this must be removed before you will be able to sign-out from your AppleID account:
Settings > ScreenTime > Change ScreenTime Passcode > Turn Off ScreenTime Passcode
Having fully removed the Passcode, you should be able to sign-out from your AppleID/iCloud.
