Pairing apple watch to a mac laptop
how do i pair my apple watch to my laptop and want to add photos from my laptop into it how can i do that??????

You can't. An Apple Watch can only be paired with an iPhone. If you want to get your photos onto your Apple Watch, you need to get them into the Photos app on your iPhone first (either by syncing them with iCloud or by syncing them directly from the computer) and then you can sync them to your Watch.
