Some windows on desktop become transparent / invisible

This has been an ongoing issue for years. For some reason though, when I search on three different search engines over and over, I get zero results.

Some windows on my desktop on Apple macbook become transparent. They are invisible. Even when maximized and on top, you can't see any part of them at all. But the top bar says you are in that program / file. When you pull out to Mission Control, the window is still invisible, but there is an empty space where it is located. If you hover over that space, you can see the blue outline of the window and the name of the file or page of that window as it is there. But you can't see anything there at all. Invisible.

Multiple windows can do this, but it is never all windows. It is often some windows from different apps. But never ALL open windows for that same app (ex. some Excel files, not not all, plus some Word files, but not all, and maybe or or two Chrome windows but not all.) It occurs on multiple spaces. This happened on my last computer for years. Across different OS. And I just bought a new Macbook, and it is happening on here too.

Seriously, I waste so much time figuring out what is invisible, closing each thing one at a time, closing apps, reopening apps and reopening several files and browser pages. And after I fix it, within a day or two maximum, more windows have switched to being invisible (same ones, different ones - never consistent). I spend about an hour a week just dealing with this ridiculous problem that shouldn't exist. It is such a huge waste of time that Apple makes computers with interfaces that are literally f**king invisible!

Does ANYONE have a clue how to fix this? How to make Apple computers useable again?
