Authentication failed for email on iPhone
When I try to access my email on my iPhone, I get "authentication failed" message. How can I correct this?

Who is your email provider. The credentials the the settings for that mail account are incorrect or the mail server has otherwise rejected them.
Some mail systems may require you to set an application specific password for each device you use.
