So, I want to watch a movie as I usually do, and a family member has several movies (purchased) I want to watch, but when I click on the movie I want, it redirects me to my personal library instead of playing the content. I don't know what I did, or if it's a bug, but I have my Share My Purchases setting enabled, I don't know what to do.

Assuming you two have a Family Sharing group that is otherwise working correctly?
Find the purchases under Family Sharing in the Library. Accessing through Store or Search isn’t enough. If that option is hidden for you, then try enabling that option in the sidebar.
