Writing Tools > Summary not Working/Error Apple Intelligence

I get error request too.

I have the same problem. The e-mail summary worked for me the first day, but then it stopped and never worked again. I still get the small mini summaries in the message previews in the email list, but when I open the email and click "Summarize" I'm getting "Unable to summarize" error. Speaking of which, why do I need to click on that and wait in the first place, when the email is already summarized in the email preview?

Also why the Summarize button is offered even for non English emails, which are not supported? If it is so smart it could detect that automatically and don't even show the (non working) button.

Then I tried summarizing a web article and that never worked, I'm getting the same error as the OP.

And about Suggested Replies - I tried all different ways but never got any in Mail nor in Messages.

All this seems like a very unfinished and unusable. I know it's "beta", but from what I'm experiencing this should not have been released to public yet.

EDIT:

Important emails sometimes showed at the top ow my email list, when I clicked on that, just got empty white window and not the important email.

Email saying only "Thanks for help, bye" was flagged as important by AI and put on the top of the list.

Basically none of the AI features work as they should or as I would expect. Maybe just the photo clean-up, that seemed fine.

That PRIORITY email is so important that Mail won't even show it to me 👏

I fix my problem, my writing tools will having error, because I open the metal HUD, stop it and restart metal HUD, and the writing will work.

If any of you have grammarly try quitting it completely I was having the same problem for days and quitting grammarly fixed it. They added an AI update and it seems grammarly AI doesnt get along with Apple Intelligence.

I use terminal to restart the metal HUD
