Moving music from non-bootable 2012 Mac to new Mac

Hi there,

While updating from Mountain Lion to Catalina my 2012 21.5" iMac crashed and became unbootable. I pulled the hard drive out of that computer and used a Drive Dock to connect it to my new-to-me 2019 iMac.

I need to now move all my Music from my old hard drive onto the drive of my new computer. I searched the internet a fair amount and all the instructions I can find seem to start with "Go into iTunes and consolidate your library". I can't do that, so I'm wondering if someone can help me find a way to move over all the music, playlists, album artwork, etc.

If it helps, here is a screenshot of my Music folder on the old hard drive.
