what do i do if my apple id is locked and the email it said it was gonna notify when they review it is the one thats locked

Right now im submitting this from a relatives phone. I recently got a Iphone and made a apple id, a while after I set up my phone, it didn’t let me log in to my apple id. After some research I discovered that my account had gotten locked. I figured i would just submit a request for it to be unlocked, but it said it would send an email to the apple id that is locked if it gets reviewed. I still submitted a ticket yesterday but I don’t know the current status. If you guys could help i would appreciate it, thanks
