Can I remotely turn on my lost iPhone and Track it?

Lost my iphone almost 2 days ago i’ve tried looking for hours, using find my doesn’t help much as my phone hasn’t been turned on since i lost it, retraced my steps but still nothing not sure if it’s been stolen or lost but it definitely won’t turn on no matter if i call do anything to make it show its location not sure what to do please help. it’s last location was updated 2 days ago is there any way to make the phone turn on so i can see its location now?
