Why isn’t my Apple Intelligence working after updating to iOS 18.1?

I updated to iOS 18.1 on my iPhone and iPad. My Apple Intelligence was working perfectly, but after yesterday’s update, everything stopped working. I still have the option in settings and tried disabling and re-enabling it, but nothing changed.
