Journal entries missing after MacBook Pro update

I've just updated my MacBook Pro to Sequoia 15.1. I keep a journal (Day One) and have done for years. Opened it today and the majority of entries have gone. Is this related? How do I get them back?

There is a Journal app in iOS

There is No corresponding Journal application in macOS Sequoia 15.1

In what application was your " journal (Day One) and have done for years " been created in ?

The application is called Day One. It was worked on this and my previous Mac for 11 years.
