Unable to register my phone number with Apple Account

I want to use my phone number in my currently using apple id actually when i try to add it only says it is being in use on another account. I had another apple id i know it is associated with that but i had submitted deletion request past a week.

But till now i am unable to use it on my currently using apple id.

Please tell how much i have to wait for to register my number to my currently using apple id .
