Cannot Identify Server Identity

I’ve had this pop up for over 6 months and it refuses to go away. I originally thought it was the NBA app so I deleted it but that didn’t work. I’ve cleared my safari history/cookies and even wiped this phone and went through the setup process. Can someone please help me out?

Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts and delete the calendar subscriptions that you do not recognize.

If you don't see any subscription or suspicious account:

  • Open the Calendar app.
  • At the bottom of the screen, tap Calendars.
  • Look for a calendar that you do not recognize. Tap the More Information button “i" next to this calendar, then scroll down and tap Delete Calendar.
