Why doesn't Apple Intelligence work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max?

I have upgraded my iPhone 15 pro max to iOS 18.1 and I can't see Clean-up tools in photos, AI Siri, Genmoji and more... Can someone please tell me how to bring these features?

Genmoji and Siri Integration with ChatGPT is not included in iOS 18.1 and are expected later. To review the features that are now included in iOS 18.1:

If you do not see those features included in iOS 18.1, make sure:

Region/Language set to US English
Siri Language is set to US English
You have 4GB of storage space to download the additional options.
Device models ending in CH/A are made for China and will not currently have those options.
