iphone 16 spontaneous playing

In Spotify and Youtube, when I pause playing and either lay the phone down or put it in my pocket, it spontaneously starts playing again. Even if I flip the app off the screen this spontaneous playing happens.

My iPhone randomly plays musik I have an iPhone 12 and it happend 2 times before it randomly started playing a song called "cupid" even if all apps were completly closed. I had to restart my iPhone and then it was working untill now a few minuts ago it randomly started playing, I had all apps closed and I am on the newest Software update, I dont know how it happend, maybe it's a Malware but I dont know. Does anyone have the same problem?

Music stops for a second when iPhone screen turns off or on Since updating to iOS 18 music stops for a second (like a micro freeze) whenever iPhone screen turns off or on (e.g when I lock my phone or when I receive a notification and the screen turns on). Music still plays in the background this only happens when a change happens to the screen. Tested with Spotify, apple music or a voice recording.

iPhone 14 Plus - Audio cuts off while using Instagram My Iphone 14 Plus has worked just fine for the last year and all of a sudden in the middle of listening to an app (intagram, and items send from others on Instagram, etc) it stops suddently and sometimes starts up for a few seconds, then stops again and won't go again. Even if I close out the app and reopen it will not start again. I have tried everything I know to do (even rebooting my iPhone) and to no success. This only started about 2 weeks ago and it is very frustrating and I don't have time to deal with this stuff. I'm about to toss the phone in the garbage and get something else (I have had an iPhone for ever but this is about my undoing, unless I can find a resolution). [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Shortly after I posted this, there was a minor update to IOS 18.1. As soon as I installed it, the spontaneous playing stopped. Hope it stopped for you, too.

This just started happening to me. On an iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18.1. The audio sounds like a YouTube video, but it’s unrelated to anything I’ve been watching, or would watch. Plays out-of-the-blue for about 10 seconds and then just stops. I can pause it in Control Center but nothing appears in the widget and after pausing I can’t resume it. Starting to think I’ve been hacked.
