how do you change the default profile in safari?

I see how to add and delete a profile, but there isn't an obvious way to change what profile is default. My personal profile is always the first window that comes up when I start safari. I'd like to know how to adjust this to be a different profile.

Safari Profiles Menu not Shown I have seen instructions to create multiple user profiles in Safari (Safari Settings -> "Profiles" tab). However, the Profiles tab is not shown in my Safari settings (as shown). Is there something I need to do to activate Profiles first? I am using Safari v16.6 in Ventura on an M2 MacBook Air 13". Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Opening new window BEHIND current window? Is there ANY way to change my Safari preferences or settings to get it to open new windows BEHIND the current one? This is truly the most frustrating part of the browser for me.
