Hissing sound in AirPod Pro 2
When I turn on my AirPod Pro 2s, they hiss. I can clear this sound by disconnecting and reconnecting the device. It happens on all my Apple devices. Why are they doing this, and is there a way to clear it permanently?

I followed your suggestion and checked the background sounds setting on my devices. All are turned to off. It did not change anything. I took the AirPods to an Apple store Genius Bar. They ran diagnostics which said all the hardware was normal. They then ran an sound test to check for the hiss and they recreated it. They told me that it was a hardware malfunction and they could not repair it. They said they would sell me new AirPods at a lower price than full retail. I am stuck.
