iPhone 16 notification center not working when swiping down right from the top left clock

Hello, I just bought the iPhone 16 recently, and the swipe down to bringing notification center is not registering right around the top left clock. If i try swiping from a little bit higher or lower, the swipe seems to work. Please don't confused this with a touch issues, because the exact clock area works for other functions properly and only fails to register any swipe when bringing down the notification center.

Anyone else facing similar issue? What would be the probable solution?
