My iphone 7 plus hotspot is not working ?

Hi Bilal, please provide more details as suggested by Varjak Paw, and yes, as Kilted Tim is asking- what do you mean by not working? Is it greyed out or does it randomly stop working? If the option is greyed out make sure you have the hotspot settings keyed in.

Go to settings, mobile service and then key in the hotspot APN if it is blank and it should work. I had the same problem and my problem was solved by doing so.

By the way where are you located and which carrier are you using?

That’s a carrier feature. if it will not activate at all, contact your cellular carrier.
