I went on this computer and I went on a safari and I login to apple account and i type the password and the error says Failed to verify your identity. Try again so it must be mistake sochow to unblocked it? How to fix it? Thanks!

I have reason to believe that this site will no longer work with older Safari versions, including macOS 10.13 as shown in your profile information. Is that what you're using?
I could be wrong about that, but it hasn't worked with versions older than that for a while, which leads me to conclude High Sierra's Safari version has joined that list.
For a workaround you can try a more recent browser such as Brave or Firefox. They're both "old" at this point too, but Apple Support Communities still works with them:
