Fake camera message on iPhone
My phone is giving me a message saying that my camera is a fake even though I’ve never had my phone fixed let alone opened.

Getting a Fake Camera: Message:
Returning this:
A. Who's the seller? If Apple, then it is likely a faulty device. If not, Apple, then take it as suspicion.
B. Provide a Screenshot:
Take a screenshot of the message, sing this link: Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support. IMPORTANT: Block out personal info (i.e. time) by using red-coded rectangles through use of the Photos app.
C. Verify this is a Genuine iPhone:
Verify that this iPhone is a genuine device. Here is how to do so:
Get the Serial Number: Find the Serial Number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Enter the Serial Number here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
- View the Results: If all shows up as an iPhone, then you have a genuine iPhone. If not, then it is fake, and that is likely why you are getting the issue.
