Apple Intelligence does not work on M1 Pro

I have a Macbook Pro M1 Pro and after upgrading to MacOS 15.1 I managed to enable the Apple Intelligence, but it does not work, when I click on the icon it does nothing, also the system gives me other errors that I did not have before:

• The notification center does not display when clicking on the date and time.
• The Widgets that I had configured on the desktop disappeared and does not allow me to edit to add them again.
• Siri does not work in any way, either by opening it from the panel itself and looking for the app.

I already deactivated apple intelligence to try without it and even after rebooting the same problems still occur.
