Apple Cash account closed after ID verification issue

So I needed to verify my account with my California ID was waiting on it to come In The mail when I got it my spouse sent me $18 had to call Apple Cash because ID wouldn’t verify tried multiple times and they figured it out after 3 representatives helped so they did a 1 time approval then when I went to go put gas. my Apple Cash is closed as they told me I would not be able to open another one did get a reason. All I got was a sorry read the terms and conditions
