Sleep Alarm makes NO sound and NO haptics

Because Apple is too busy with non-technical community nonsense, a primary critical function of the iPhone and Watch go uncorrected for months. My iPhone and Watch are EXTREMELY inconsistent with the Sleep alarm. Sometimes I get Audible and Haptic, sometimes just one or the other, and sometimes NOTHING but the display on BOTH iPhone and Watch saying alarm, but NO sound, NO Haptic.

This is not a setting issue... I DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS from one day to the next, when it sort of works, or doesn't work.

This is 100% an Apple Technical Issue. The FAILURE of this alarm to work CONSISTENTLY has essentially made the sleep function USELESS because it FAILS to wake me in the morning!
