The Privacy & Security menu won’t open. iPhone 14 running iOS 18.1.
Not sure if the issue appeared with this latest update or before.
Clicking the option from the General Settings screen just causes Settings to freeze.
Have killed the Settings app and restarted the phone several times to no avail.

I'm not sure this applies to you but some French users are facing the same issues when they use the French (France) language setting. They can get around the issue by using French (Canada) instead. A user also mentioned that changing the font size can get around the issue.
My phone was indeed set to French and switching to another language did solve the issue.

Great! I’m glad you got it working again. Don’t hesitate to notify Apple of the issue: Product Feedback - Apple. The more reports they get, the higher the probability of a quick fix.
