Apple watch haptics doesn't work after update

Apple Watch Series 9 GPS LTE. WatchOS 11.1. The vibration does not work for messages from Viber and Telegram. The vibration for system notifications works for calls and SMS. I have checked all settings; everything is enabled. I have tried turning off the watch, restarting it, and setting it up as a new device.
