Clicked “unsubscribe” link and didn’t realise phone needed updated

I clicked on an email and I wanted to unsubscribe from it (I wasn’t sure what it was) I think it was from the fake shein gift card ( whole other story I thought it was real but all I entered was my email address).

anyway, I just want to ask I forgot to update my phone and I clicked unsubscribe from this email, which I think is fake. Will I get hacked or a virus in my phone? :(
