Turn off Live Text for specific applications (like Safari)

I have looked for an option to turn off the "Live Text" feature and have only found the Global option within:

System Settings > General > Language & Region > Toggle On or Off "Live Text"

Is there an option to turn it off via specific applications? As a web developer, this can be an annoying feature without the ability to turn it off. However, I like the feature in other applications.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks!

I also would like this option, but I would like more control. I have a legacy website which uses an image map for navigation, with small numbered dots that you click. Some of these numbers are recognised as text by Live Text and become un-clickable.

Some useful options would be to be able to turn Live Text off for certain websites, or for certain types of image on a webpage, or even as Safari-specific HTML code to tell the destination browser not to treat the image as "readable".
