Moving people
In the photos app you can place your finger on a person or a pet and raise them up and move them. Can you move them to another photo in the same photo app your using?

When you make a clipping like this, holding it brings up a menu, and you can add the clipping to a list of "Stickers" by choosing "Add Sticker." Then, in Edit>Markup, you can paste the sticker on another picture, if you wish. See these articles:
