How do I turn off the setting in my I phone for the parental controls

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content, and change it to Unrestricted. You will need to enter the Screen Time passcode and if you are on a family plan, then the Organizer must do it.
