iPhone lost in Lindau, Germany with Find My off

Bummer that Find My was not on the phone. That means you'll have look for it the old fashioned, with your eyes way, which pretty much means you'll never find the phone. At a minimum, contact your carrier and ask them to Blacklist the phone so no one can activate it on any network.

If you had shut Find My off, then there is no way to track your phone.
