Has anyone managed to to fix Apple Pay not accepting cards contact issuer ?
the cards add fine to my old iPhone 12 but not to my iPhone 15 plus all cards say contact issuer. I tried reinstalling phone and upgraded soft ware to latest 18.01 iso but nothing is working any help would be appreciated 🙏 date and region are ok

Each device is separate. The issuing bank or the Payment Network Operator (PNO) is usually the issue. Have you tried adding the cards from the issuers website or mobile app? When a card is added from either of those ways it bypasses much of Apple’s security and the decision making is with your bank and the PNO. If you can’t add through the website or app, it points to whose stopping the cards from going into your Wallet.
Well 1st of all the latest ios is 18.1 not 18.0.1 and 2nd is your card up to date or is it expired. That might be your issue if its expired.
Yeah updated to 18.1 and as said cards are fine will add to other devices ok
