I have had an Apple iPhone just about my entire life and I am also a survivor of breast Cancer. A lot of people are asking you and so am I about making all the ribbon in the colors they need to represent the cancer emoji. pink for Breast Cancer , etc. they have all the colors listed on line. Please with a full heart make a cancer ribbon emoji for every color

Apple does not make any of the emojis you see. They are approved by the Unicode Consortium so the emojis that available of the devices across different platforms. Otherwise you may send a thumbs up emoji on an Apple device and a device from a different manufacturer could display a different emoji.

Apple doesn’t create new emojis, they and many other vendors implement the Unicode emoji standard.
You will want to create an emoji proposal and submit it to the Unicode Emoji committee, as they are the keepers of the emoji standard.
