Music library syncronization between devices (Mini Mac, iPhone) with different ID

I purchased recently a Mac mini and I moved all my music library (including old MP3 files) from my MacBook into the new Mac mini, after that I purchased Apple Music with my personal Apple ID and now I want to syncronize play lists into my business iPhone XXX with another Apple ID. When I select the play lists that I have from old iTunes it syncronises well, when I add a recently created playlist with Apple Music it gives me this error:

“The Biggest Words” was not copied to ‘iPhone XXX’ because Apple Music songs cannot be copied to iPhone.

To play Apple Music songs on iPhone, activate the music library on the cloud on iPhone.

Some items were not copied to “iPhone Intelsat” because Apple Music songs cannot be copied to an iPhone.

However when I activate 'Sync Library' on the settings of Music on my iPhone XXX it creates wierd duplications of playlists and still does not create the new playlist the I created recently

Mac mini, macOS 14.5
