One Drive needs to resync EVERY day on my MAC
I have to restart one drive to continue syncing EVERY day. A shutdown/restart fixes it as does running the reset.cmd. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you running the app downloaded from the App Store or directly from MS?
I have no issues with the App Store version syncing with my personal 365 subscription or my company 365 account.
App Store Tim. I have of course uninstalled and reinstalled.
