I have the latest iPad Pro and I am running 18.2 beta. Is there a way to use an external WebCam while my iPad is simultaneously connected to an external monitor? I cannot seem to get this to work, even with a USB dongle.

First, be aware that you should have full expectation of encountering bugs and/or other difficulties when using beta versions of anything. By definition, beta software is unfinished and not necessarily a stable release with fully functional features.
Also be aware that the ASC Terms of Use preclude discussion of beta software or associated functionality. Should we stray into this area of discussion, posts are likely to be removed. That said, the ASC ToU does permit contributors to assist with returning your device to production software -at the time of writing, for iPad, this being iPadOS 18.1.
