I turned off live voice mail in settings but it still prints it. I DON'T WANT IT PRINTED! How do I stop that?

Do you mean you’re still seeing live voicemail on the screen when the call comes in or you are seeing a transcription of the voicemail message?
Transcriptions are not the same as live voicemail and can not be turned off.

Kilted Tim is correct. Live Voicemail simply means as a caller is leaving a message you have the ability to read as they dictate their message. Are you suggesting after the message is left and the call is concluded, the transcription is still readable?
Why live voicemail still prints after turning it off?
