New Apple Watch Face - Analog arrows

I would like to address the developers of watches, Apple Watch programmers, I recently bought myself a 10 series, and I realized that there are not many dials on this watch, you can’t put your own dials, and even if you develop a dial yourself, it will be a program that will work on top of all applications. It would be great if there was an opportunity to make your own dials in the system from your photos, but instead of numbers on the screen you could put arrows, this would greatly simplify the situation and all users would be grateful to Apple!
