I can't find App Store on my iPhone
I accidentally deleted my App Store on my phone I tried doing what was written but it doesn’t come up at all I have swiped all the way right it’s not there and I can’t access it on safari either

You can't delete the App Store. But you can turn it off in Screen Time.
Open Settings App
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases
Make sure all three top options are marked Allow
