Can anyone help me deal with my photos and videos being permanently deleted accidentally? For your information, I had backed up all my files before the deletion occurred, is there any chance they can be recovered?

How did you do that? You can't just "permanently" delete photos ion a single step, as such its hard to believe it was a accident.
If you deleted your photos from your library and then erased them from the "Recently Deleted" album after deleting them, then they are gone forever.
If you aren't using iCloud Photos, and backed up the iPhone to iCloud or a computer before deleting the photos, then they may still exist in the backup. As such you could potentially restore the iPhone to factory settings, and then restore the backup to get the photos back.
