I have an active apple music subscription but can't download music.
I have had an active apple music subscription for a while now, I cancelled my subscription so that I could do the family apple music plan so my wife and I could both use the service, and all my music is gone and when I try to download music it won't let either of us download anything. We can listen to the music, but that is it. Is there something that I am missing or is this a glitch or something? We have both restarted our phones but haven't had any luck with it.
