Wrting Tools not available in Pages, Tes Edit; MacBookPro M1Pro

In the Edit Menu of Pages, there is no Writing Tools Option. MacOS 15.1, MacBookPro M1-Pro, Pages 14.2. What do I need to use Apple Intelligence for proofreading text?

It also took me a while to find the writing tools in Pages. After Apple Intelligence is turned on and available, then in Pages, as previously mentioned, it is in the edit menu ... but you must highlight the text first to be able to select the writing tools. Or, you can highlight the text and right click. In Apple Mail and Notes, an icon will be in the menu bar.

The Writing Tools are under the Edit menu in Pages 14.2 on my M1 Studio Max running macOS 15.1 Sequoia. If they are not there for you it might be because they haven’t been turned on or they haven’t been properly installed on your setup. Apple Intelligence is not turn on automatically. You need to first get on the waiting list and then wait for it to be prepared in installed.
