I keep getting "Passwords Is Locked" popup

Many times a day, a popup will appear on my Mac that says:

Passwords Is Locked

Touch ID or enter the password for the user "[my name]" to unlock.

If I click anywhere outside the popup, it disappears. This just started happening a day or two ago. Is there some background process that keeps trying to ask for a password?

I'm using OS 15.0.1.
